01 / The brief

Choosing a direction for the proposal

I chose to focus on P&G’s healthcare business and developed CareGuide, a concept for self-care kits with guided information and refill support.

The deck explains the research, the problem I chose to focus on, the proposed experience, and a possible business model. This was a class assignment about P&G. The concept screens and business figures were developed for the proposal.

How I organized the slides

Research figures used to introduce the opportunity.
The customer journey, with the decision step highlighted.

I kept the blue-and-white palette, icons, and text styles consistent across the deck. Larger figures help draw attention to the research, and the journey diagram on slide 4 highlights the point where someone has to decide what to do next.

I organized the slides to explain the problem before introducing the service and its business model. The financial figures are assumptions for the class proposal, rather than actual business results.

The main features of the CareGuide concept.
The business model and assumptions used in the proposal.

CareGuide is a student concept. The research references are on slide 12.

04 / Delivery and reflection

What I completed and would revise

I completed the research, concept development, and presentation design myself. The final Canva deck has 12 slides, including the references.

If I revised the deck, I would add sources beside the statistics, shorten some of the smaller text, and make the assumptions clearer on each slide. That would make it easier to follow without a presenter.

Read the presentation outline
  1. The brief: Explore how P&G could grow over five years.
  2. Research: Look at wellness priorities, P&G healthcare growth, and the subscription market. References are on slide 12.
  3. The problem: Having information and products available doesn’t always make the next step clear.
  4. The journey: Show the steps from noticing symptoms to recovery, with the decision step highlighted.
  5. The concept: Introduce CareGuide, with self-care kits, guided information, and refill support.
  6. The benefits: Explain what the concept could offer households and the business.
  7. The comparison: Compare the concept with selected information and retail services as part of the class analysis.
  8. The experience: Use concept screens to show a five-step journey.
  9. The business model: Propose memberships and kits. The class calculation uses $4 million in fixed costs and a $76 contribution margin to estimate a break-even point of about 52,632 subscribers. These are proposal assumptions.
  10. The recommendation: Bring the proposed direction together.
  11. The close: Invite questions.
  12. The references: List the sources used for the presentation.
