I created graphics throughout my time in the chapter, from September 2023 to May 2026. This was volunteer work alongside my other chapter roles.
01 / Flyers + event graphics
Flyers for different chapter events
I made these flyers for social events, professional events, fundraisers, and recruitment. Each one has a different style to fit the event, with the date, location, and other details included in the layout. Use the arrows or thumbnails to browse the collection.
Book Drive / Event flyer
1 / 18I designed the layouts and typography. The Sanrio characters in some pieces are existing artwork. The Club Fest designs are variations of the same flyer, and the last three displays are smaller preview exports.
02 / Spring 2026 recruitment
Recruitment materials in several formats
I used the recruitment theme across a flyer, schedules, cards, and an event booklet. The cards introduce the chapter on the front and put joining information on the back. The booklet gives the schedule more room. I’ve included a few alternate versions as well.
I designed these layouts using existing Sanrio character artwork.
03 / Merchandise artwork
Designing a chapter button
I designed this button for AOE, using the chapter name, a simple color palette, and a circular border.
This is the artwork I prepared for the button.
04 / Chapter storytelling
Putting together a semester recap
I put together the Spring 2024 recap using chapter photos and short descriptions in a scrapbook-style layout.
The recap covers our executive board, recruitment, new members, events, philanthropy, and graduating seniors. It is a silent slideshow. You can pause it or use the timeline to look more closely at a page.
05 / Scope and reflection
What I worked on across the collection
My role included designing layouts, choosing type, and arranging event information for social media and print. I worked on these graphics throughout my chapter years, so the collection includes several themes and types of events.
If I revisited the collection, I would simplify some of the smaller text and check each layout at its final viewing size. I would also use original or appropriately licensed artwork if adapting these designs for another organization.
